CANCELLATION POLICY
At Southern Roots we value your time and ours. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. We understand that emergencies happen and will always do our best to accommodate when possible. Thank you for respecting our time and supporting our small business!
